- General Ledger Accounting: We maintain the general ledger in a central location where all the transactions are posted from the journals in a double entry system. Our team creates integration between the general ledger and the Balance Sheet. Through use of automated accounting systems and software packages, the general ledger is maintained in electronic format, allowing for simplicity of entry and reporting.
- Manual Journal Entries: Manual journal entries are necessary to record revenues and expenditures, to transfer funds or to record balance sheet accruals.Invensis offers these services to clients who do not have their accounts linked online with each other or where there is a delay in posting a journal entry.Our services include reconciling vouchers and transaction records and manually feeding the data into the system.
- Inter-Company Accounting: This policy establishes the standards and procedures for ensuring that the company accounts for inter-company works in compliance with management's objectives and generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP"). The purpose of inter-company accounting is to allocate assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses to the appropriate legal entity in relation to the economic benefits and obligations associated with the operational activity incurred. Invensis manages inter branch and inter company transactions, by creating them through the local branch and linking them to a central ledger, which is simultaneously updated. Report generation is also simplified, as there is instant updating of data, which provides an accurate picture of the current financial position.
- Ledger Reconciliation: Invensis performs ledger reconciliation by tallying the ledger items with proper entries and ensure that all entries are correct. We make note of incorrect or unusual expenses and follow up appropriately after reconciliation. After reconciliation, we identify any discrepancies and correct them.
- Balance Sheet reconciliation:Invensis does the Balance Sheet account reconciliation on a periodic and timely manner to verify whether all the entries are correctly posted. We ensure that all funds within the balance sheet account are included in the reconciliation, unless we know that there are some previous arrangements made regarding the same. Our account experts analyze the differences and make corrections wherever necessary so that the information is accurate, complete and consistent.
- Cash Flow forecast: Through proper posting and thorough analysis, Invensis provides accurate cash flow forecasting services, which includes prediction of cash, revenue and expenditure in line with various aspects of the economy and markets.
